Re: UPS SHOULD RING THE DOORBELL

@WORKING GAL  I also live in So. CA and had the same problem.  I contacted UPS and asked if a message could be sent to driver since I had trouble catching him during the day.   My regular guy is now good about ringing bell.  Worth a try calling UPS.

Go into ups.com and register.  There is a section there where you tell UPS where to deliver your packages.  You can also add email settings so you know when a package will be delivered -- date and a 4 hour time frame.

@CalminHeart Thank you for this information.  I signed up and it's the best thing ever.  Thank you.

Re: UPS SHOULD RING THE DOORBELL

My UPS man jammed my doorbell, so it rang for a very long time until I unstuck it.  He doesn't ring the doorbell anymore.

Re: UPS SHOULD RING THE DOORBELL

I wish they would go back to us signing for our packages. Because this way it is horrible. I use Fed- ex more often they ring the bell and give you a chance to get to the door to get the package. And  they do not lose packages as UPS does.Woman Frustrated
