I haven't seen a bathroom show yet. Very curious. Are they nice bathrooms? Spacious?

Simple solution: if it bothers you, don't watch.

I understand that she wants to be useful and continue to get paid during her COVID quarantine time. It seems like they would still be able to benefit from her help in preparation plans through phone and Skype meetings. Leave the real tv time to those in the studio.

I thought it was kinda fun. I saw nothing to be offended about.

I can't see why anyone would be offended by her being in the bathroom. That being said, is it appropriate? It doesn't seem professional and it just makes having the host in the studio also seem awkward. QVC thinks that having hosts be relaxed, drinking, at home, etc is what viewers want. I guess they are right since we've seen this behavior for months now- it must be working.

Next time I have guests I'll entertain in my bathroom.

@NYViewer wrote:Why in gods name would you allow someone to televise a show from the bathroom. Bathrooms are the dirtiest room in the house and really you show a picture with your dirty towels hanging in the background. If you can't be in the studio you should at least be televising from an appropriate location. Wake up QVC
@NYViewer Please don't tease us like this. I was all geared up for something truly shocking and all I saw was a corner, some makeup stuff and a towel that didn't seem terribly dirty.
I have been home for two weeks in sub-freezing and sub-zero weather and almost a foot of snow, and was truly hoping for some excitement. If I need to see another video other than the two I saw, PLEASE tell me!

I don't care what size house you live in, you don't invite people into your bathroom to sit and chat about products. Seriously, I cannot believe that anyone thinks it's a good idea. It's disgusting.

QVC prides itself on creating appropriate on air sets for each genre of product demonstrations. They have recently gone to extreme close-up/tabletop presentations when they have beauty shows. A table with makeup mirrors all around and the beauty items laid out in front for the host to apply, makes for a simple but nicely impactful beauty demonstration.
So.....I don't see why Shawn cannot do the same type of presentation from her home. While I am not grossed out by her bathroom, it's the ambiance that still distracts me and makes me turn away immediately. I do not want to feel like I'm inside her's or anyone else's bathroom. It's just tacky television.

Not that anyone at the Q will care what we think, but yes, how about your diining room or your family room? Good grief, use your kitchen table, but not the bathroom.
