Seriously?  My bathroom is kept very clean, thank you very much.   If yours is really that dirty, stop watching TV and go clean it.   

It appeared to me (just me) that it was the best lighting option for the presentation.  Whatever.   At this point in time, if the biggest complaint you have is about a presentation in someone's bathroom, I'd say you're doing pretty good.
