Stop Showing Clothes From QVC Computer Screen

QVC, please stop showing additional product colors from your computer screen. I can do that myself. I need to see the rest of the colors of clothes in the studio. Also seeing a model wear the clothes and jewlery makes a big difference. I can more accuratley see the colors, size, etc... so I don't make a poor decision when ordering. With the cost of shipment and time it takes, help us to get it right the first time.

Yup, agreed. Not helpful at all. Half the time the host the colors mixed up anyway. I wish they would just have them in the studio and show them up closer we can see the fabric, the color, and the style. Isn't that what they're there for in the first place?

I agree - very annoying having to look at a tv screen of a computer screen. Colors are washed out.

We could avoid part of this problem if they go back to having them (vendor) back on QVC.  Hosts need to have correct information on their "so-called cards" or at least be able to know their colors/names/pronounciation.

I don't care if the vendor is there or not; the host needs to have one of each color of the item with them live in the studio.

To me the photos are worthless.

I also wish they would show women who are most representative of sizes sold, modeling the clothes.  And to me that means not having live models who are either very very thin, or very very very very heavy.

I agree. They are bad to do that on QVC2. I just change the channel when I see that the hosts are just going to show the items on a computer screen. That doesn't help me. I want to see the item in all of its colors/patterns/etc FOR REAL in the studio. It also helps to see the models wearing the item. I have an idea of what the item will look on me.

Re: Stop Showing Clothes From QVC Computer Screen

I just came on here to post this exact complaint.  I don't understand, for the life of me, WHY they can't have the clothing color choices hanging right there in studio.  We are well past the pandemic lockdown (thank God), so I don't understand why we are still resorting to looking at their computer screen, through our computer screen or TV screen.  Not very good at showing the true color choice.  A lot of time I watch the video online to see other color choices.  Does absolutely no good when it's a still shot of what is on their website anyway.

Re: Stop Showing Clothes From QVC Computer Screen

A few days ago, there was a D&Co show at 7am & they showed a dip dye T-shirt & had all the colors plus a model, a normal presentation. Then at 1pm there was a D&Co show on Q2 & they had the same shirt but she only had 1 color & showed us pics of the other colors (lame). This video replaced the presentation from a few hours earlier & now when anyone goes to look at this item online, they get the Q2 video.

1. I don't understand why they have to replace the good video with the bad one and

2. Aren't they in the same studio? Why not have all the colors?

I don't normally watch Q on TV live as I'm sure many don't. So when we are shopping online, we only get to see the KRAPPY Q2 presentation. It's not right.

I agree. The computer screen colors are so dull and muted. I normally turn off the presentation when they do that. There is no reason to.
