I don't buy from Q unless there is no other option in the wide world of retail because of their unreliable shipping and returns handling.
I understand and accept the issues with international shipping, product availability, etc. A lot has happened in the last 2.5 years to cause that. But why would I spend or tie up funds with Q due to poor shipping and returns handling? Also, I can almost always find the same or very similar item elsewhere for less money, free shipping, free returns.
A year or so ago, I posted that Eddie Bauer was the only other retailer that took 6-8-10 weeks to process a return. Well, I gave them a try this summer. They changed their returns so the credit is issued after the post office scans in the package. I might buy more from them in the future.
