I ordered these stainless steel set of 3 hoop earrings on January 14th and my order has been stuck in "in process" then it changed to "Back order" even though item is not sold out!! I've been trying to get this rectified for the longest, and still no hoops!! I heard their jewelry warehouse was moved to South Carolina and ever since that happened the shipping sucks!!! Extremely angry about the service!!

@watchfreak, did you call customer service? If the item is still in stock, maybe you can get them to cancel that order and start a new order.

My QVC orders often take 10-12 days to get to me (in Ohio).  Sometimes the tracking on orders (not just QVC) doesn't show all the activity, then all of a sudden it's at my house.

My standard response is - what was the estimated delivery date given when you purchased it and are you beyond that point?  If so you have an issue and should call customer service.  If not, why be angry when your delivery date hasn't passed yet?  I have had something say in process on the day that I received the item so I know you can't always go by that. Personally I don't even look unless the EDD has passed.
