I am respectfully requesting that when a host writes a blog he or she proof reads it.
I am also requesting that they go back a day or so later to see if there are further questions.
There was a blog written recently with a recipe that people liked. Unfortunately, the recipe was written incorrectly, there were a lot of questions, and the host never responded.
Someone finally asked about it on Facebook and the host corrected part of the recipe, but not all of it. Many people do not use Facebook, so it needed to be corrected in the blog also. I am hoping the moderators will pass along this suggestion.
Let me just say this is not a criticism of the host in any way except the lack of proof reading what is written.
