@Junebug54   I agree --  businesses do want feedback to grow their business.  It helps identify their strengths & weaknesses from a customer perspective (outside in, vs inside out).  However, it comes in all forms and opinions.  Only QVC can see the bigger picture across all of their different platforms and feedback avenues.

Save yourself much annoyance and irritation and just change the channel. If you want something, order it online.

I don't have high hopes for a new CEO.  I truly wish I did.  It seems in business today, you make your mark and move on.  No thought is given as to what is best for the business itself; just make a big splash.  

 

Could it be that purchasing HSN was a BIG mistake better known as biting off more than you can chew?
