I'm growing weary of reading and seeing continual negative observations of hosts. They're easily identifiable. When willl QVC take them seriously? Are viewers just wasting their time? Sure, there's nitpicking, but there are clear, and substantiated, complaints yet it doesn't change or even acknowledged. I don't believe viewers sit around waiting to go on the attack, especially when its the same hosts over and over again. Frankly, I find the lack of response to be insulting and shows a lack of concern. These forums have the most faithful shoppers and their opinions do indeed matter. One post can speak for hundreds thousands. Thank you for your consideration.

@HonestLife Hate to tell you, but you are utterly wasting your time writing a criticism of the hosts here. The only readers will be other customers who, while they may agree, can do nothing about it. If you want management to hear your complaints, write them a letter. The address is at the bottom of this website. The new CEO starts either Sept or Oct first.

@HonestLife The powers that be aren't reading your comments. And I doubt they read any of them.
Do as Kachina suggested and send a letter to the person she mentioned.

If enough shoppers stop purchasing from a particular host for whatever reason that host's days are numbered. As long as a host is pulling their weight in at least meeting sales goals their jobs are secure.
If host Z is expected to sell 10,000 of an item but repeatedly only sells 2, 3, or 4,000 no matter how liked s/he is they won't last long. Conversely, if host X is expected to sell 10,000 of an item and consistently meets or exceeds that number no matter how many complaints are posted by the tiny number of active board members that host will not only be kept but also very likely have their screen time expanded.

Don't expect any changes even if you do write a letter. Consider yourself lucky if you get a nice form letter back that says, "Thank you for your letter stating your concern. We'll take what you said under advisement."
I'm convinced that all letters of complaints goes directly in to the shredder.

Thank you all for your feedback. Venting is perfectly fine with me. Lesson learned; it really doesn't matter to the powers that be. Carry on....

You can be sure that, if a host isn't meeting sales quotas, that host will be gone. That's the bottom line for the business.
And for every poster on these boards (very likely an infintesimal fraction of QVC's customer base) who doesn't like a particular host, there are many more who do.

@HonestLife I think it's perfectly fine to respectfully vent displeasure in a host's professional performance. However, for every 50 complaints here on this forum about a host, there are potentially thousands who do not chime in or heart or post because they strongly disagree and actually like the host. The shoppers that like the host are far more likely to shop and spend lots of money. That host could be gold to QVC.
Also, this forum is a tiny capsule. Facebook and Instagram have thousands more QVC shoppers who like the same hosts that sometimes get vilified here.

@HonestLife Some days the Forums are more repetitive than the Q programming can be. And we posters often don't agree. Some of the hosts I see praised nearly every one of their frequent appearances are my automatic turn-offs.
I don't have to name names because if my TV happens to be on and they show up, I know exactly what to do.

@Caaareful Shopper Most polls taken represent only a small percentage of people. They must work becaus most places I shop always want feedback. Except QVC
