I think that those questions are left for customers who have purchased the product to answer. At least I have never seen QVC or a vendor respond to any of the questions.

Kathy - Customer Care answers frequently. I assume she is an employee of QVC. And several products have had their own reps answering questions. The problem is that after answering a few questions, they are done. For the most part, the customers' questions are good and the answers would be valuable. To date, nothing has changed unfortunately. Smiley Sad

No I get the emails too from QVC on items I have purchased. When I do a review they ask can you answer this queston?
