You're lucky Sunshine. I imagine that yours too will soon go to the Q's new and improved version! EVERYONE hates this new version and we want our Notes back.

They are not responding and I think it is because we are never going to get the Notes back.

That is how I shopped - using my notes. So I won't be shopping my Wish List any longer.

And I still can't put items in Saved for Later. They usually just say to clear your cookies. Well I did that and it still doesn't work.

This is the first time I have posted under the Suggestion Box and it is because I am very unhappy with the new Wish List format. I had more than a year’s worth of notes on the old format that I can no longer access. Please bring the old Wish List format back ASAP! The new format has problems in addition to the lack of a notes section. It is not customer friendly!

What a mess!!  QVC never announced it was going to change the Wishlist!!  Aren't changes supposed to be made based on customer input and feedback?? I hate the changes.  No longer is there a free text box to place notes to yourself about the item.  It is not intuitive re: how to navigate.  What is even worse  is when I called Customer Service to ask about the changes to the Wishlist , they didn't even know about the changes. 

I called several times speaking w/ differnt CS reps. They finally went on themselves and found out about these changes and agreed, not intiutive and they were asking ME how to navigate!!!    What is wrong w/this picture?????

CaStyle and Rodney's Mom - they are not going to bring back our Notes no matter how many of us complain. What I find interesting is that none of the Moderators are addressing our concern. They respond to other comments - but not about taking away the Notes. 

I certainly don't dislike the new look of the WishList format and only wish to have my Notes back AND the ability to add notes in this new format.

Those who are not upset/don't care about the changes must not have ever used the Notes section.  I used that information daily - especially pricing.

This wish list is crazy.  Mine is now back to the old version when yesterday it was the new version but had everything the old one had.  You never know what you're going to get when you go to it.

If one were being paranoid (who, me?), you might surmise that the notes feature was specifically taken away to make it more difficult for us to keep track of price changes to items.

My wish list was put back to the original forum, which is what I like. Now today is is the new forum which is terrible!!!  Put it back to the original forum!!!

I know I'm  a little late to this post, but my wish list had been fine until tonight.

What the heck did they do???? This change is HORRIBLE.

No notes, which is a huge problem. As many stated, I also made notes such as size, color, prior orders, etc.

But what I cannot figure out at all, is when you click on an item, it's not really the item. No info, no ability to see reviews, item description, nothing. 

What good is that???

Hoping the original format will return. This is useless.

Oh My Goodness!!! My Wish List just changed last night also!! Why oh why do they continue to fix things that are not broken!!! I too want the old format back. This is horrendous!!! I never, ever post on forums but I am really, really upset about this!!!! I hope that all of us complaining will be enough to put it back the way it was!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

They won't even address or comment on the many complaints from those who are begging for their Notes section. This thread has been hearted 354 times. The moderators respond to other concerns all the time - but not this one.

If they won'trespond to the concerns, they certainly are not going to give us the Notes back.
