I've used Rakuten (previously known as 'Ebates') for years.  Very happy with cash backs and they are reliable!

Freeshipping.com is the way to go. 10% cash back (some 20% over the holidays), free shipping (rebates) and free returns. $12.95/mo and TOTALLY worth it. I signed up when we bought a refrigerator from Best Buy- $160 cash back!

I use Mr Rebates.  I've tried Rakuten but keep going back to Mr R.

I use Mr. Rebates, Rakuten, Retailmenot and TopCashBack.  Usually TCB has the highest rebate.

 

Retailmenot is probably the most frustrating and the one I use the least. 99% of the time the coupons are expired.

I have used Rakuten for quite a while. I think it was Dec 1 the Rakuten had 15% on for Q purchases. That the highest I habe seen. Usually during the Holidays they offer 10% quite often.
