Another statement/return label complaint. I must return an item. First, this document is paper that must be cut, no tear strips.

Cut off the return strip and you cut off the tops of the return labels, both UPS & USPS.

Just another note of QVC;s lack of concern for the customer.

i have not had this issues with any of my labels and receipts, but you can make a copy or print out a return label and a return slip online also.

no, not everyone has a printer, but usually people have access to some type of printer or copy machine through a friend or family member or at work. just giving her another option if she is having issues.

you can also contact qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and ask them to possibly send you one or give you another option.

I've had return labels that were stuck to the inside of my bag !!  And I do mean 'stuck' !

@Pearlee, that's very true, but not everyone is able to access their library for one reason or another, which could just be one of the reasons they are shopping by mail to begin with. That being said, customers should not have to go through the inconvenience of needing to go out of their homes to obtain a return shipping label!

I am having trouble getting the labels to print out. Never had this  before...about 1/3rd of orders have no invoice or label.. I firmly believe QVC had changed all this to keep us from returning orders...I am slowly ordering less and less...just too hard anymore...(from a charter member of over 30 yrs)...As for going outside home to print, I am 83, do not drive or have other transportation and I have a nice wireless printer in my home..It's QVC that is causing my problems..just enclose an invoice and I'll be ok...disgusted
