THANK YOU for posting this ......
The folks at QVC should have the common sense to provide the most important information FIRST ..... you'd think they would know that by now!

Exactly!!! It is quite aggravating!! By the time the host gets to show all the colors of a garment...many are already sold out!

Point taken, IF my computer was in the same room as the TV. TV is in the family room and computer is in the office space (3rd bedroom). Not as convenient as some would believe.
Ahhh. You don't need to look at both at the same time, though. Just log onto the QVC website and click on "Item on air". All of the colors and measurements are right there.

I'm serious. Who wants to turn on a computer and order online, anyway. In some areas (here) service is very, very slow. Easier to order by phone, especially (dare I say) for some men. Bottom line: Yes, Colors first!!!!..........p.s. I'll take a look at 'Suggestions' category. Thanks!
I've never ordered by phone. Always online. My computer is always on too, though, and right in front of me. I can understand it if people only turn their computers on once a day or so or if they have a dinosaur computer that runs slowly.
I don't understand why the man has to call in the order.....

Some men do like to buy (order) things for their wives or S/O, (gifts) even for family members..........Used to be that several men would call in on air and tell the host what gift he ordered for his wife or family member. Which was nice.
Also, sometimes a hubby/wife or S/O will ask if she/he (the other one) would like 'this and that'. If the spouse is busy, then the other spouse will order for her/him. Nothing wrong with that. Kind of a 'give and take' situation, done in a thoughtful way. Warms my heart, actually. ![]()

Just returned from our daily slow walk with neighbors' elderly dogs........anyway, one of my walkers said that not everyone is glued to their computers all day long (her words, not mine). Which could be true. If I'm in my kitchen, cooking, and I see an item, I will phone from the kitchen, and not run into another room over to my computer, turn it on, etc., etc. But, as I've said before, I don't use my computer for any online important business such as banking, etc. Too much hacking going on now-a-days, from what I've been hearing (around here). Some teens hacked in on a bank account who lived around the corner and up the street from our friend's house (not near where I live). The authorities tracked them down. This was a couple of years ago, but still...............Anyway, many of us order by phone. The younger ones, not so much at all. It's really a matter of preference. What each of us enjoys doing.
No right or wrong.

For whatever reason, I do enjoy talking with nice order reps. Many of them are very, very nice. It's sort of heartwarming to be able to talk with others across the country. Mention the weather, 'this and that', etc. Very nice people everywhere. ![]()

Even if I turn on my Kindle, I have slow net, too, so I understand. I prefer to watch a show rather than shop online, at this site due to the jumping screens. I think the OP post is deserving and not too much to ask for those of us who wait for favorites on TV. I'd like to hear all the ordering options and colors without the vendor or host interrupting, too.

I agree..give the colors and measurements (including THE LENGTH OF THE TOP) first. Then start "selling" it. If the hosts can't do those basics,we don't need them. Get rid of them and lower the prices. I shouldn't have to look at my computer or tablet if those people are doing their job.

Me, either ..... why would anyone order by phone when they can do a few clicks online and, boom, it's done?
