@spursfan2 I think the official lapis blue is only in D&C. Each line seems to have its own names but a color name in Susan Graver will always be the same
Some of the color names don't seem to be accurately discriptive because they tend to run out of names.

Most manufacturers do refer to the Pantone standardized system of colors. I was a retail buyer for many years. If I purchased an item from the manuacturer and it was called "twilight" for example, I would order against the color code supplied by the manufacturer. Then I would change the color in our system that would most likely reflect the actual color to "light blue" maybe as not to confuse the customer.
