I don't mind the testimonial calls on QVC. Like another poster posted, there are some things the caller can say that the host cannot.
For example, let's say Nick Chavez is showing his Starlet Shine Spray.
The host can say, "This product will be great for adding shine and gloss to the hair." That's pretty much all the host can say about the product.
Now, I could call in and say, "I also like to use Nick's Starlet Shine Spray as a hair perfume because it smells so nice."
