@mishka14 Upon reading the boards here in the forums it apprears that this is something that is happening quite often. As someone that has ran into this issue personally, I would suggest for anyone to be sure before you place an order here that you are certain that you want it or need it because once you hit that submit button your order is as good as done and there is no cancelling it!
At least this has been my case..

This has happened to me too, several times. I tried to edit a few minutes after the order was placed to change color, not cancel, and it said it was in process of shipping. It shipped 3 days later! I am very careful now before I hit submit! If it sells out, it was not meant to be; life goes on! This is something new the past few months. I am sure it is to keep people from having second thoughts and cancelling. Those of us who are long time customers are not used to this, but now I know. I will probably be ordering less. I have lots of options of where to shop and don't appreciate being treated this way as I have spent a lot of money on QVC over the years, and their very good customers get treated just the same as a brand new customer. Isn't customer loyalty worth something? Other stores give perks to their best customers.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a top, and after about 15 minutes, I decided to cancel it, and they told me it was already being processed and couldn`t cancel! That`s never happened to me before. Usually you have two or three days to cancel.

Just to add, other online sites may not let you cancel, but they are not screaming out to you that you better order fast as colors and sizes are selling out! I fall for that and order fast only to think about it and want to change my color. I quickly ordered a piece of clothing that was selling out in my size and color, and wanted to change my color only a few hours later and it stated that it was already in the process of shipping. Attempting to cancel never works in my favor!

For QVC (and some other stores) the order button now locks in your order. Cancellations are often difficult, if not impossible.
So.... now you knthat ow, it won't happen again ... right?

Happens all the time to me. While watching a show, I may order an item and later in show I see something I would rather have so try to cancel the first. Too late into the process.......are they kidding us? Then it takes a week before the item is shipped.........again, are they kidding us?

SO the latest, after the 4th day in process...I checked and tried to cancel again...and it says CANCELLED..yay.....next day it says it's been shipped....this is just way too stupid.....

@mishka14 Even though I don't order much from QVC anymore, I've had that happen many times.. It makes me so angry that I can not cancel an order the next morning.. QVC does everything it can think of to make the buyer's experience horrible... From this to the S & H fees....
