I know many of us receive qvc clothing items that are a wrinkled wad and it is very disappointing. One day last week I received several items on the same day shipped from separate businesses. The lululemon and madewell jackets arrived in a plastic bag inside a plastic mailing envelope that was sized correctly. The peace love world jacket from qvc arrived in an oversized plastic bag inside a more oversized envelope and it was a balled up mess. It struck me how easy it is to have packages arrive in good condition. The worst part is qvc charges for their shabby shipping and the other two are free shipping.
I could order gifts sent directly to recipients from ‘those’ stores, but never have and never will from qvc. In fact, I rarely order from qvc anymore and this is a major reason
just a little care would be so much more profitable for the q due to customer satisfaction...please consider

If something bothers me....anything I usually let someone know (otherwise I don't think a person has a right to complain).
In this case, I it doesn't bother me about the clothes because usually they are still wrapped in plastic and fine.
However, in the past year the white print outs are so wrinkled and messed up, well....it's almost impossible to straighten them out to even read the things.
I understand the packers are probably under a lot of pressure to wrap (in the packages) things very quickly. However, if they'd take an extra minute to make sure the paper in the packages aren't balled up in a ..... well. fist ball...it would be appreciated!
As far as the white plastic packages, I use those for my cat litter! They work perfectly. They are strong (no leakage) and then I put them in a small plastic trash bag.

I do agree. Those flimsy envelopes are a mess. Some looked like they were run over by a truck. Years ago items were better packaged. Most merchants offer free shipping options and the packaging is more secure.

I have seen my mail lady just stuff packages into the mailbox and keep moving and I think this may add to the wrinkling of some items. Yesterday I received a crossbody bag I ordered from the Q and it arrived in a brown envelope with no markings indicating it was shipped from QVC...when I opened it there was a paper invoice but not the regular one with the Q label that you could just put on your package if returning. I just assumed the bag was shipped from the vendor as this has happened in the past.

There are some fabrics that are "slippery" and heavy for their size. Liquid Knit from Susan Graver for instance. It's going to slip and slide around insude the package and often arrives in what looks like a waded up ball. With this fabric it's unavoidable but fortunately the fabric resists wrinkling. I've had the same problem with some Bob Mackie fabrics.
