It would help me if you could add a category called (shipped?) on your Order Status page. I have several older orders that are "preparing your order" (from May 18th), and orders that have been shipped and received later all mixed together. It would help me keep track of my items not shipped yet if you could add a line at the top (like all orders, easy pay etc) for shipped, or maybe even "preparing your order". I just realized today that one of my old items ordered was canceled, probably because of lack of product any longer. Just a wish.

@new nickname 4 Check your email preferences. I get an email when an item ships. You can also track your orders and see when they ship as well as where they are and when they'll arrive.

We do not need another status. We currently have the following statuses: (1) Preparing your order, (2) Back order, (3) Shipped, (4) Waitlist, (5) Canceled. I would like to see the process speeded up so that items are shipped within 48 hours, which should be plenty of time. I don't understand what they are doing for 2 weeks during "Preparing your order". Are they sewing the garment? I agree it is very confusing. I still don't know what "Back order" means. It sounds a lot like "Waitlist", but it seems to be tied to shipping.

I'm not quite sure what you said, but would it help to keep only one item per order? You don't save on shipping by combining orders, so why do it?

Here we go again. If people would bump up their shipping they would not have to BABY SIT their orders. Just like I've been preaching.
Yes, It's gonna cost 13.50 instead of 3.50 but you get it UPS all the way, it ships out IMMEDIATELY and you get it in two days.
That's because it has PRIORITY.
Since May 18th? It's now June 7th. I'd say that's baby sitting at its finest.
