Why would the NFL invite JT back to do half time.

It brings up all the issues of the last performance

He really is irrelevant

His Netfilx special was so dry

It raises the question of why him and not Janet

Yes, he threw Janet under the bus.

His wardrobe didn’t malfunction. Hers did. There’s no “issue” being brought up. It’s a new show, new performance, new contract. His value or interest as an entertainer is open to debate, but I can’t see that what happened to his co-performer years ago on the same stage limits his acceptability for the half-time show coming in 2018.

Janet has performed elsewhere without JT, and he can perform at the Super Bowl without Janet. No issue. People who don’t like JT’s stylings can skip watching the show.

and why wouldn' t he be an act for the super bowl, he is a great on stage performer and in my opinion Janet Jackson is kind of trashy and follows suit with her brother Michael, she would not be a good choice to hold the audience attention

...maybe he was asked because he’s incredibly talented, is an outstanding performer, and has broad appeal! I think he’s a great choice!!!

Different tastes I guess.

I think its a super choice.

Justin Timberlake is a huge talent in my opinion.

He is one entertainer that has stayed with his type of music, never falters, good old fashioned get up and dance music.

I personally cannot wait for his performance.

Why not. He's popular, an excellent entertainer/singer/songwriter - and a very nice person.  To say he is irrelevant is ridiculous.

Its definitely time for him to return, and his show will be awesome.
