@dmod nj Yes Sale is injured again, that is a constant. He is also not vaccinated, which could become an issue especially for games in Canada. I believe he has had covid twice.

My mouth was hanging open after reading he was injured again.  

Yes, the lack of vaccinations will impact lineups for certain games.

I will miss Urshela.   Wish both boys much good luck with the Twins.   Gary will thrive there. He'll be out of the pressure cooker of NY.   He'll not have to deal with the NY press.   And, there will be less distractions for him there.   It's a win-win!

@dmod nj Rortvedt is good, only played with us when Garver was injured. Donaldson is good but fair warning, he doesn't shut up . A good part of the season last year was his drama and he really loves...Josh .

@redhead handbag queen  thanks so much.  My impression with Josh was the same as your post..........but I wasn't sure if my impression was right.   I'm not sure that is a good fit for the Yankees, but no one asked me if I wanted him. LOL LOL  

The NY press will either love him or rake him over the coals.  There doesn't seem to be a middle ground.  We'll see................

Rortvedt is out with a Grade 1 oblique strain, which the Yankees say they knew about before the trade.   Not sure how long he'll be out.

@dmod nj so far yes. I still have Hockey brain. In my previous post I wanted to say Taxi squad about Rortvedt. LOL. Between Correa and Fleury I think the next couple months will be anything but boring in MN .

Baseball will be fun. So many really good pieces added. 

It seems, Baldelli has a much impoved team  this year.  

Yankees pitching is, once again, not up to par, imo.  But, we'll see...................
