Don't even own a pair of "tennis shoes".  Hate them.

@NYCLatinaLaw   Going through Nordstrom and other sites, it seems that very casual, sport and white soled (also sporty shoes) are the most shown unless you want a dress shoe w/ heels. I'm not finding anything in between.

@Shanus I've been looking and have my eye on a pair or two.  I really need to stop commenting in the shoe section.  I have this shoe addiction yanno?Woman Frustrated

Thanks for comments and suggestions. I even shopped at Cole Haan and the "sporty shoes" are the norm there also. I may just have to wait until next spring/summer to see what comes out. I know during fall/winter, there was the same leisure shoe issue. I'm not always dressed in leisure type outfits. When wearing slacks, sometimes a more "stylish" shoe would be great.

@Shanus Cole Haan has been great ever since Nike bought them.  They are no longer owned by Nike but when they were, they developed this comfortable shoe they call the zero grand (which they continue to use in their footwear).  I love Cole Haan handbags, shoes.  Quality items.

I wear mine to the gym.  I don't buy mine for style.  It has to have a beneficial utility for me.  If you wear them a lot, when going back to shoes, it seems you foot has become wider or something....

@Shanus I heard the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is good with those White soles.

I just thought I'd joke with you about that.  I know you're tired of them, but hey......

@gertrudecloset   Yes, I have that. Didn't mean to stir the pot here, but if you've looked for shoes, even on Q, slip ons, sandals.....white soles!!!. I'm looking for a nice slide or  maybe a dressier ballerina flat (w/ a little support) or even a low wedge (not straw so it isn't just for summer), etc. Still on the hunt. Let me know if you see anything.

Love joking around....no problem!!

Well, I have a page up with loads of shoes that might be suitable.  I didn't know you were only wanting to buy from the Q.  Remember when I told you to look around?  There are others that might be doable but the Q might not have in inventory.  That was point in saying broaden your scope.

I'm having a ball looking at shoes.  You gotta do what you gotta do, right?  Enjoy!

BIG white sneakers, especially Reeboks, used to immediately identify people traveling abroad as Americans. I hope the styling of the new "elegant" white sneakers will not be as bulky as in the past. I do like the newer slip-on style tennis shoes, all white or otherwise, that are easy to take off and put back on at airport security checkpoints.

I hate that thick white sole look and I won't buy that style.  If I want sneakers, I'll wear sneakers.
