Just received the Tignanello Pocket Hobo in the Sunrise yellow, which is a color I have wanted for a while. I should have known when ONE popped up that it would be a return and yes it obviously was. No wrapping - just in a plastic bag. The bag appears to be perfect and probably unused but I still have a teeny little issue with paying full price. I kept one Brighton handbag a few years ago that was obviously a return for the same reason - it was a color and style that was hard to find. I just hate feeling like I'm paying full price for someone else's cast offs. I really think QVC should put all customer returns in the "as is" category to prevent making their customers feel taken advantage of.

I don't think it's any different than buying something at a store, taking it back and then someone else buys it....if you like it, keep it.

If the bag appears perfect (and you say it does), then I would keep it.

I have no issue with paying full price for something that was returned by someone else. That happens all the time in actual stores. When I worked in retail (a long time ago, so things might have changed), returns that were in good condition were put right back on the floor, at the same price as the others.

I never assumed that returned items were delegated to "as is" unless there was an obvious defect or used look to it. I guess I just don't expect an item that was returned and looks perfectly fine to have a reduced price, and I wouldn't expect QVC to do that.

If it's going to bother you, then I think you should return it. Personally, I wouldn't keep something that gave me a bad feeling every time I looked at it or used it. But in this case I would keep it since it's in perfect condition and is a color you've been wanting for awhile.
