I saw a preview on FB this morning in my newsfeed . . . and now I can't see it!

If you pull up Jane Treacy's FB page, you will find it there. I just spotted it and ordered today.

I normally stick to leather shoes, but I purchased three pairs of summer Cloudsteppers at my local store.  They are all non-leather material - two pairs of sneakers and one is a slip on type of sneaker.  I wore these in NY, sometimes walking 8 miles in a day and they were so comfortable.  They had give to them and I was really pleased.  I believe they just developed these non-leather materials to have flexibility.  I wouldn't hesitate to try these boots, as Cloudsteppers are really like walking on clouds.

I was going to pass on these as I thought they looked as though made of leather or suede. I'm glad they are not. Now i'm definitely getting a pair, and telling my DMIL and DM about them. They strive to buy only cruelty-free products.

Honestly...they look like boots I wore back in the 80s. I'll pass.

Ain't that funny... That's exactly the reason I like them! Smiley Happy

Perfect since mostly what I wear in cooler months are leggings and straight leg jeans.  They look very comfortable.

I caved and ordered the aubergine.  I wanted a pair this color last year, but missed out and couldn't find any out in retail.  I recently ordered 3 of the Linea snap front hooded tunics in black, cloud blue (has a gray tint) and rose, and this boot will easily work with all 3 colors.  Not to mention everything else I own that it will go with.  I usually wear 6.5M or 7M in Clarks shoes, but went with the 7M in the boot for just a little more room for socks.

Hard to think about hoodies and boots right now since it's still in the low 90s, but fall will come sooner or later (I hope).
