Don't all eggs have a Use By date on the end of the carton?  That should tell you something.

I use my eggs past the sell by or use by date.

I was told  the numbers after the date   represent the day when packed   example    20 would be Jan 20th ,  34 would be Feb 3rd        60 would be 60th day of year   364 would be 364th day of the year or Dec 30th
