I love pies.  I don't make them very often.  If I had to pick a favorite it would be anything lemon!  How about you?  Here is an easy recipe.

EASY LEMON CREAM PIE

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 eggs

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

1  9" graham cracker pie crust

8 ozs. Nondairy Whipped Topping

Heat oven to 350.  Mix together condensed milk, eggs, lemon juice and zest until well combined.  Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 15 minutes.  Allow to cool completely.  Then top with the whipped topping and chill 4 hours before serving.

@Big Joanie   Coconut cream; black bottom made as a cream pie with a regular crust, rum flavoring and a meringue topping; that cream cheese and Eaglebrand pie with the cherry topping; regular cherry pie; apricot fried pie (OLD SCHOOL ONLY sauteed in a skillet not deep fried).

OH and maybe my first and foremost: BOSTON CREAM pie!   ALL my most favorite pies.

My mom always made a coconut pie where she bought a real coconut and hammered it out, it was to die for.  She also made a chocolate pie with the Hersheys cocoa that was killer too.  I miss her southern cooking and some of these recipes she took to her grave, unfortunately.
