Pot-Luck Crock Pot

[ Edited ]

I had some kielbasa and brussels sprouts that I wanted to put in the crock pot (slow cooker).

I flipped through some recipes - and couldn't decide - so I added some of each!

Kielbasa

Brussels Sprouts

Can of pineapple chunks - w/juice

Can of sauerkraut / with liquid

One (big) onion - slced

Can of beer.

I'll have to see what it tastes like - I have a bunch of apples that I can slice up.  (Apples and Sauerkraut are a delish combo!)  About another hour should be ready.  (I eat supper rather late.)

ETA:  serve with egg noodles

@ALRATIBA   Yikes! You emptied the fridge.  Doesn't sound too tasty, frankly

@ALRATIBA , I'll be making kielbasa and kraut one night this week. I put it in a crock pot with a splash of apple juice and a pinch of brown sugar. Not my favorite meal, but my husband likes it.

@Kachina624

It turned out quite tasty.  I like highly flavored food ... and this is perfect with the egg noodles.

(I plan on adding apples tomorrow when I rehead.)

@ALRATIBA

This sounds right up my alley! What size can of pineapple & kraut did you use?

TIA

@ALRATIBA  I cut up klobasa,  small apple, cabbage or sauerkraut, one pkg. Lipton onion soup, caraway seed and can of beer.  Hubby liked it.
