1T minced green Bell pepper

1/2T Worcestershire sauce

1/4t dry mustard (Colemans)

1/8t salt

dash of white pepper

1T butter 1/2C Hellmans mayonaise

1LB of the best quality fresh jumbo lump crabmeat you can get

Saute the first 5 in the butter X 3 minutes - Let cool.

When cooled stir into the mayonaise well.

Gently fold in crab so doesn't break up too much.

Divide into 4 lightly buttered individual dishes.

BAKE: 350* X 15 minutes or til top begins to brown.
