Good morning friends ... cookie, we're going to have the same kind of weather day!! ... Sammy Squirrel is still around, he still runs along the fence, but hasn't come onto the patio ... maybe he learned his lesson??!

kittyfan, glad your DB is feeling better ... I don't blame him for not wanting to get stuck at the airport with that outage that happened.

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️☀️⚓️🇺🇸

Happy Sunday!  Sitting on our patio/balcony at river with my coffee.  Peaceful morning.  Quick note as my friend is out with me and she is chatting.  We are taking it easy today.  Yesterday was fun but little wind so sailboats aren't going anywhere fast.  Once they start they are not allowed to turn motors on until they finish.

Brother called me last night to offer a rebuen. I told him next visit. Said he was going to do stuff. Texted me this morning. Went to bed and slept well.. got to airport three hrs  early. Took 90 minutes to get though TSA. Got home. He called me earlier. Daid he was taking his GS school shipping.  He has my credit card. Said he would buy him an outfit from his aunt. I said buy books. 

Did laundry earlier. Need to put away

Good morning ~  It's Moanday Monday July 22 2024!

I think that is appropriate since we will be cooler at 83 with rain😣.  We could really use the rain, but combined with sunshine, no thanks.  Good think I have paperwork for my ex so I will be inside.  

kitttyfan, How nice of your DDB to take his GS school shopping. I agree with your choice too - i also may have said buy books - instead of an outfit.  What a great guy he is!  Love your X - love srong coffee😊 

Tootie,  so Sammy is still around.  Squirrels are so cute, but so mischevious and can carry diseases.  Saw one yesterday coming down from the tree in front of my bedroom window.  Molly was in heaven for about 5 seconds.  Fast little critters.  She loves to see what comes to visist.  Not hot enough for Lizards but there are other things that show up.  

walker, looking forward to your return. What a time, sitting out on the patio watching the boats - what a way to relax!   Safe travels and hope Desi drives so you can rest - or can you??😄

walker, glad you are having a good time ... I bet it took a while for that race to finish with little wind ... I didn't know that they couldn't use their motors ... have fun on your second adventure now ... safe travels!

I have my follow up with the cardiologist this morning, I'll be heading out soon ... we'll have another 81 degree day with rain moving in around dinner time ...

Hi friends......checking in from northern Michigan....met DS and family for dinner.....back at hotel now...tired so turning out lights early.  All going well so far....time on river was fun....saw lots of freighters and, of course, sailboats.  I guess they finally got wind to finish race.  I would not have been a good team member.....turn on the motor and let's go home!  Ha!  Wind and sails only...🙄.

Tootie, very happy to hear your check up went well....good for two years!  👍

kittyfan, nice of you to have DB buy school outfit for GS from his aunt...and books too.  Bet he was surprised!

cookie, loved your B ...thanks for thinking of that....a perfect celebration.

No news.  Have more documenting and re-creating letters for ex. Good to stay inside as we will be 79 with morning T-storms and lingering showers in the afternoon.  Oh joy😒
