Happy New Year Everybody!  Starting the New Year by baking an Egg and Sausage Quiche for Breakfast.  Then in the afternoon, I will be making Breaded Chicken Cutlets, Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Eggplant for dinner.  Might bake either a chocolate cake or a batch of brownies.

Wow! What a tasty menu.

I plan on making a sauerkraut, noodle, cottage cheese, mushroom, onion and mushroom soup casserole. And cooking a pork tenderloin roast.

That's it. If someone wants more, they are on their own.

My traditional meal - I'm having pork chops, mash potatoes, black eye peas and stewed tomatoes, collard greens, fried apples, deviled eggs and cornbread, dessert is any leftover cookies and goodies from Christmas.

I've already cooked my blackeye peas and my collard greens. They're in the refrigerator. Just have to make the cornbread tomorrow.

I'm making a simple dish we often have .........Chicken Salsa Verde.  Also trying to make Mexican Chicken Rice soup.  Have this often at our local Mexican restaruant and am guessing for seasonings.

I am making chili and a tradition for me.  No fancy big meals here.  I start the New Year simple.  Sounds yummy.
