Tootie, we are same here about going to those special events....some are meant for younger crowds.  I love wings too and we have a special shop in town for them...don't go that often.  

Forgot to mention earlier ...nuts....I like the dry roasted too....actually I like most nuts....guess that is why I am just "nutty"! 🤣  I usually eat unsalted peanuts which is boring but I "try" 🙄 to avoid extra salt.  Anyway....I was looking for almonds because they are good for you...then I spot the "honey roasted" ones....OMG....can't keep my hand out of the bag!  Must mean ..."not that good for you" HA!

But, the older I get....have at it!! (in moderation..😉).

I'll try to remind you Monday on show too.

OK....off I go again....funny thing..walked into my kitchen this morning and did not find "quiche and mimosas"...😩...in my dreams...😆.

Hi there......time for college football which I enjoy....tonight my 🍀ND is playing OSU..tough game there....may not be pretty ...we'll see..🤞.  Only a game...🙄.

Had A/C on but temperatures have dropped so I've shut that off...👍.  Pretty quiet day but did go with DH to "start" looking at new kitchen appliances...also want new counters...we'll see.  I actually have DH interested so better not let opportunity go....ha!

Oh, Tootie, how did week go for LS at daycare?

Popping in. Got up this Am and headed to TS. Found a tub of baby boy clothes. Girls rack was full. Priced and put out. Didn't quite get to bottom but have to go again tommorrow. I font gave a key do eill have to be let in

Headed to Cafe. Closed last Teo weeks. Had yummy tomato basil a soup snd a Ruben. Someone stopped by. I said soup was wonderful. He said basil from the gardens and he grew it. I do miss the old Cafe. They had posted a request for menu ideas. I said french onion and the to.ato basil. Do.eone pasted they missed tge personal touch of gge old Cafe. Boy I d o to.

Texted NY old boss. She is a huge clrge FB fan. Yep she was watching games. Said they had gone to hS game on thirsdsy night. Ligtenung delay snd game not over until midnight. I know she was happy to be retired.

kittyfan, you haven't mentioned doing little boys clothes at the TS lately.  Nice to change. Sounds like there was a lot of them and you'll be there today.  Have fun, some boys clothes are cute.  Hope someone will be there to let you in.  Yum!  Tomato Basil soup with a Ruben sandwich sounds wonderful.  Glad you enjoyed the fresh basil tomato soup.  

walker, sounds like you will be remodeling your kitchen - the list gets longer😄as you go.  Good idea to keep DH interested😊  Soon you will have a kitchen fit for a ♛!  Hope you enjoyed the game - who won?  

Tootie, you were brave to sit out on the patio with humidity even though  breezes do help.  One thing, humidity is good for most plants. I also am wondering how LS is doing with daycare?  She may not want to leave!

Good morning friends ... kittyfan, it's too bad that the Cafe isn't what it used to be although you still get to enjoy some good food!! ... it's always sad when things change ... but that soup and sandwich sounds delicious!! ... I hope you have a good day at the TS ... they do have some really nice little boy clothes now as to compared to when my DS was little.

walker, it sounds like a kitchen remodel is in your future ... how was the hunting for appliances?? ... LS did very well at daycare ... she slept for a couple hours after they brought her home one of her days she went ... I think they wore her out!!

cookie, we weren't able to stay out too long on the patio but when the sun is shining I like to get out and get some fresh air!!

Happy Sunday....even if my ND lost last night...they looked good in first half but then OSU woke up and took over..🫤.

Tootie....👏👏 for LS...adapted well first week!  No appliance shopping for me today except online research.  I know what stove I want...but, refrigerator...too many choices and new styles...too much for my pea brain.  I've only been thinking about this for about five years...HA!

I finished reading book...The Giver of Stars by JoJo Moyes...very good.

Helloooo......hope you had a good day....VERY QUIET here...the phone did not ring once!!  Scammers are even on a holiday!!  👍  Weather was grey(gray?) and dreary!  Definitely a touch of Fall.  

No news....did some online research on appliances...overwhelming to me.  I need to be in a store to look at everything!  So....stay tuned...you will be bored before this is over...HA!!! 😅

Good one walker!  Scammers on vacation🤣 I love it when the phone doesn't ring.  Oh the joy of research.....  kind of takes the joy out of getting new appliances.  Read any reviews - there are usually a few here.  Way too many choices.

Going out to lunch with GS and GD today.  I love those two!💓 Nice to get out.  I have been feeling blah lately and now waking up with a lite head????  Get out, get moving and enjoy two of my favorite people!!😊 Rain predicted this afternoon with 93 temps - oh boy humidity😞

We're going to have a rainy day here today ... it's going to put a damper on any outings that people may have had ... our high will be 71 ... I'm glad we changed our plans ... DIL wanted to have an early birthday celebration for me and DS but we just couldn't get everyone together ... so now we're going to wait to the weekend ...

walker, you are right about the scammers ... we didn't have any phone calls yesterday either!! ... good luck with your research ... we had a Fall type day yesterday too!
