Just Like mini pigs in blankets..these are so easy, and they are the first to go..

 

wrap a tater tot in bacon..I slice it lengthwise and crosswise do it fits better..toothpick and bake... I dip in mayo flavored with sriracha but anything would be good..

 

also so good if you can find the sweet potato tots....

I had no idea there were sweet potato tater tots in the world! I love sweet potatoes and will have to look for some of these.

Sriracha is a garlic red pepper sauce...mainly Vietnamese and Thai....Heinz even makes a sriracha ketchup now!

Pigs in a blanket are the world's best appetizer, but your's sounds delish too.  Thanks for posting.

Having read the post twice, I have to admit that I don't understand.  Are you saying you take a little tator tot and cut it into four pieces?  I'd end up making mush out of it.

I took it to mean the bacon was sliced into four, then wrapped around 4 Tater Tots. What I want to know, is how long to bake and what temp?
