Well, I've seen recipes for pound cake type cupcakes, so I don't see why it wouldn't work. Mini-bundts would be cute too...or even "Twinkie" shaped cakes. (Yes, I have a pan for that too in my collection...)

You can get those pans on Amazon for about $28, but I got mine in TJ Maxx for $19.99. I love checking out their baking pans - I've gotten some really nice, really unique ones there and at a very good price.

That sounds like a wonderful cake. I would also love to try these as cup cakes, but for how long would I need to bake them? I am sure it would be less time then the cake.

Cupcakes usually take between 18-22 minutes; set your timer for 18 minutes, then test them until they're done.
