Success! I just pulled it up and haven't read it yet. I googled "Chicago Daily Herald" and then selected "Lifestyles" and entered "Soup Night" in the search field.

This is something I do occasionally with various newspapers and have fun reading their recipes.

I hope this is a good book since I meant to add it to my wish list. I accidently bought the Kindle Book.

There is just something about soup. I recently had a bridge group at my house. Generally everyone brings a sandwich and the host provides salad and dessert. Since it was cold, I added soup - Oh my - they loved it and are still talking about it.

Such a simple thing. Love soup. The cookbook sounds like a great idea.
