Early this morning I made this bread, it's pillowy spft, tender and easy. It's delicious! I shared half a loaf with my elderly neighbor across the street..they're having it tomorrow (Easter) with home made ham soup and beans.

I'm not very good at taking photos and I wanted to share what the loaf of bread I made looked like.

Do any of you remember Jenny Jones? It's from her site and YouTube channel.

I've included a link to her recipe.

I used KA unbleached bread flour.

Looks delicious!  I will have to check out that recipe.

I just baked a pan of yeast rolls for our dinner tomorrow.  I will make the other pan tomorrow morning.  My house smells so good!  Nothing like the fragrance of fresh baked bread!

I used my KitchenAid hand mixer with the dough hooks, to start mixing and kneading, it was easier than using my old and long gone KA stand mixer (I sold it).

You're right, the house smells wonderful.

I love making bread and have absolutely no luck with no knead bread.

Thank you. It's delicious, I gave half the loaf to my neighbors because I didn't want to stop eating it and I knew they would appreciate it.

I'm making another loaf Easter morning....

I have a bread machine and I let it make the dough for me.  But I always use the dough cycle and  bake the bread or rolls in my oven.  I like to have a loaf that has no paddle hole in the bottom!🤣

And of course rolls need to be shaped.

I take the easy route!😉😉

I used to have a Panasonic Bread maker, it also had holes where the paddle fit. It bit the dust a long time ago.

I like baking and using a scale for ingredients, when I made the bread this morning I wasn't expecting it to turn out, glad I was wrong!

It really feels like a soft pillow and the taste is wonderful.

Looks so good and how nice to share with your neighbor.  Makes me think again about a bread maker.  I would love a whole grain, salt free loaf.

I don't have room for a bread maker. 
I used half the salt in the recipe. I also use Kosher salt.
