Your zuchinni "pizzas" sound delish!
I love zuchinni so I know I would like them - sound easy too!
I did some in the air fryer the other day with the zuchinni slices, homemade fiesta/taco seasoning & pepperjack cheese.
YUM!!!

That's a great idea too!
Do you remember how long and what temp in the AF?

The default on my AF is 370* so that is what I use unless I am following a specific recipe.
I did mine for about 5 minutes but I like my veggies "firm done" (like you), not soft.
If someone likes their veggies "soft done", it would prob be more like 8 - 10 minutes.
I guess it would vary with how thick you make the slices.
I turn after 2 - 3 minutes & then add the cheese so it doesn't all melt away.

Thanks @ChiliPepper
My AF is adjustable and goes to 400, but I always dial a little less.
5 mins would probably be perfect for me!
My TO is preset only for AF at 400 and I find that too hot for some items.
I'm also thinking I could sub salsa for the pizza sauce and go Mexican flavored cheese....just for something different.
Thanks!!

Ya, my AF is adjustable too, but the default is 370* so I often just leave it at that when I am "winging" a dish.
Salsa is a GREAT idea! I use it for many things - it has all the good stuff already in it!!! Super as a sub for ketchup on burgers, meatloaf etc.

Glad you are doing okay and hope that wrist heals properly for you!
Wow, that is a lot for a montly storage, I don't blame you for ending that!!
I would love to go to Colonial Williamsburg again some day! Mom took us as a kid, and to be honest, I didn't appreciate it! LOL
I bet it is fantastic during the holidays! Keep us posted!!
Hi @RespectLife,
I have been to Colonial Williamsburg but never to see the Christmas decorations. They start fairly early.
I personally think the over charging is going to backfire .
It seems that companies are charging more and more.
I have a friend here that tried to book a weekend in the mountains 2 nights @ $236 per night and when they sent the invoice they had included a cleaning fee of $459.00 for 2 NIGHTS. I saw the invoice. She said no and I said you can stay at my place if you are careful not to get eaten by the bears and do not feed the bears, do not shoot the bears. LOL I sent her some pictures of the activity we are having this year so they are excited to go for their weekend and I will go up right after. I have never heard of a
$459 cleaning fee for a weekend stay. She posted a photo of the invoice on next door for all of Raleigh to see so I bet they do not get their usual crowd this year.
