I made them for dinner tonight and it could not have been easier or more delicious!  Drain, rinse, pat dry. Tossed them with a bit of oil, salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Air fryer for 5 minutes on 400, flip them with tongs and back in for another 5 minutes. Golden brown, potato flesh was cooked and the skin side was crisp and scrumptious. Happy to say that after dinner, I kept hearing, "Let's have those again"!
