Thank you for the recommendation, @Luvsmyfam. This sounds delicious. 

As far as it not being healthy- no more often than I eat pot roast it doesn't concern me. 

Actually, the last time I made a pot roast it was kind of bland, so I'm gonna give this a try if I can find it!

@Ladybug724 Maybe the actual spice ratios were hers but the food chemists did the rest. 🤷‍♀️  I enjoy some great tasting beef as much as the next guy, but I've learned about how "cr@p" affects the body and triggers insulin.  As another poster suggested, just season with your own individual spices.
