I think Heinze Chili Sauce is the secret ingredient to a good meatloaf.  I hadn't seen it around for many years and had to go to a different grocery store chain out of town to find it.  A recipe for a knock-off of that chili sauce is one I wish someone would come up with.

I've used Paula Deen's basic meatloaf recipe for years and it's pretty good.  I think it was in her first cookbook.
