I have a yen for some macaroni salad. I know that I can google, and I do, but if any of you have a favorite recipe that you would like to share, I would appreciate it. My only requirement is no eggs please. I hate them , otherwise anything goes. TIA.

I do use eggs but other than that just boiled to al dente elbows, celery, oniions, green pepper and Miracle Whip.  As much as you like of each.

I use what @FranandZoe uses, but also other things I'll use are grated carrot, olives, cucumbers or pickle relish. I also prefer the Miracle Whip.

@QVCkitty1  I use the jumbo elbow macaroni.I don't use eggs. I put in diced tomatoes, chopped onion, sometimes a can of drained chick peas &  some black pepper. I only use Hellman's Mayonnaise . It's always been a hit, whenever I serve it.

I use elbow or little shell macaroni if i am feeling fancy. To that I add minced onion, celery seed, sweet picke relish, grated cheddar cheese , thawed raw frozen peas, and light miracle whip. I sprinkle a bit of paprika over the top to dress it up for gatherings.

Love it too, and I make it just like my potato salad, substituting the potato or pasta whichever we're feeling.

Macaroni, small shells, or farfalle (el dente).

Chopped celery

Hellman's mayo.

Thats it. 🧡

Depending on the size, i add a can or two of well-drained tuna fish to mine.

Ok, you all have inspired me. I cleaned out the friidg.red onion , red pepper, celery, tomatoes, left over chicken breast and chicken peas. I had the macaroni cooked and drained when I posted, so I threw everything together and added Hellman's, and a little ranch with pepper, and garlic powder. Oh and some radishes.  You guys are the best !  Have a great Sunday.

We're a seafood lovin' family, so this is our favorite pasta salad, everyone loves it and I've given out the recipe many times!

Seafood Pasta Salad

1 1/2 (8 ounce) packages tri-color pasta
3 stalks celery
1 pound imitation crabmeat
1 cup frozen green peas
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; rinse under cold water until cool and drain.

While pasta is cooking, chop celery and crabmeat. Run hot water over peas to defrost.

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, salt and pepper.

Add the pasta, celery and crabmeat and stir until evenly coated. Adjust the salt, sugar or mayonnaise to suit your taste. Chill several hours before serving
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
