I always use 2 lbs. ground beef, 2 cups water and 

worchestershire sauce a couple of splashes.

I buy a 29- ounce V-8 juice instead of tomato sauce, use about half save rest for later. I use petite diced tomatoes. garlic powder, diced onion, green bell pepper diced Salt & pepper to taste. cook on low for about 20-25 min. then add dry elbow macaroni stir turn off heat cover & let it sit 30 min. * Use the spices you like*

Yes. Elbow Mac, tomatoes, peppers, onions, ground beef, spices and sauce...American Chop Suey.  Could eat this all day!
