We don't eat elbow macaroni but I'm wondering if I could use cauliflower rice. No, it won't be goulash but the flavors would still be there, even if it stayed as a soup consistency.

Do you eat noodles. It would be good over it!
I would serve them separately and put the goulash over the rice. Try putting a slice of cheese between them! Yum!

When i was REALLY low carbing my eating, i would buy angel hsir shredded cabbage slaw in a bag ( no carrots and really thin) that was next to the regular slaw bag in my Publix grocery.
I would saute ground beef, no sugar added tomato sauce, diced tomat, a bit if tomatoe paste, bell pepper, italian seasons , onion powder, red pepper flake ...simmer for a bit then added in the angel hair cabbage and soften it...instead of pasta :::: chef kiss::.
Yes, i know there is sugar in tomatoes but i am never giving up tomato products...ever lol
