When I first started watching carbs and was dying for a cookie I made Clare's five ingredient fix cookie which is just PB, egg and sugar(which I subbed Truvia remember to use proper conversion rates on those sweeteners because I didn't the first time and it was too sweet) I haven't made them in a while, might have to break those out again.

These look wonderful...I have not used coconut sugar yet.Is it better than sugar for diabetics
