I need to make some sweets for a wedding in August - for about 100 people.  Someone is doing brownies and someone doing cookies - any suggestions for a bar type sweet?  TIA

@Tootie15

Lemon bars is a great idea! Adds something a little tart and fruity to the choices!

Blondies? A good alternative to the brownies being provided.

7 Layer Bars NEVER become leftovers because they're so yummy,  but I'm not sure how they'd hold up in extreme heat. You can make them in endless variations by changing up the cookie crumbs, chopped nuts, and candy chips.

If you do these I'd suggest cutting them into bite sized pieces and serving them on individual candy or small cupcake liners to avoid sticky fingers.

You are SO SWEET to contribute to the wedding festivities!
