@We rescue cats wrote:This is a mini sandwich tray and it's my go to lunch when I need something to feed folks like this. It is always a hit.
If you are familiar with a "Sub sandwich" the tray consists of sliced sub bread (sort of a baguette roll) and the fillings are: Tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad, and ham salad. They are two bite sandwiches, so folks can eat as many as they wish. We add chips, cookies, fruit and raw veggies along with drinks.
The platters serve 10-35 people.
I really like the look of this! Is there a restaurant who sells these? I don't think I could find the little breads. Perfect!

Another vote for pizza here. I'd pre-order several for delivery at a specified time, with specific directions as to where best to deliver it.They might even deliver paper plates and napkins with the delivery. (Be sure to add a tip when you're placing the order!). And, I would guess you already have plenty of cold beverates available. (Send your "crew" here please, I'm trying to do some major decluttering and could use the help!!!!!)

I agree with others who have said that the quickest and least trouble would be to order something to be delivered, but if you want to make lunch yourself, I would do a big pasta salad. If you want to add meat, try shredded chicken breast or pepperoni. My family loves this in the summer time, especially the pepperoni version. You could serve a variety of crackers along with it for a different texture. For dessert, I would just do any cold dessert that you can make ahead of time. Good luck with everything!

I'm glad I'm not your friend! I have my own junk to clean out though.

It's certainly the easiest....and who doesn't like fresh pizza?!

Similar to @We rescue cats suggestion, tortilla pinwheel sandwiches, easy to make with different kinds of lunch meats and using cream cheese instead of mayo/mustard.

How about sloppy Joes in the crockpot and another crockpot of baked beans?
