Easy Simple Lunch Ideas Please

I'm having 6 friends come to help clean out garage, sheds, etc.  I want to serve something for lunch, but besides cold sandwiches, I don't have any other ideas.

I don't want anything that would require much prep time from me in the kitchen - just something simple. Any ideas of what I can serve?   Thank you!

I think cold cuts on sandwiches, like put out a tray of choices, and rolls, and condiments for them to fix what they want? Or make them ahead if you don't want to have them fix their own...but then you never know what people prefer. A tray with ham, cheese, turkey, tomato slices, and condiments. And buy some sides of potato and macaroni salad, some chips. And some store bought something, like a fresh fruit pie and ice cream for dessert?

I mean, I know that's all casual, but sounded like it was something you wanted to keep casual and light. I think that'd be fine.

How about chicken tenders with a few different "dips" and maybe a cold pasta salad.

This is a mini sandwich tray and it's my go to lunch when I need something to feed folks like this. It is always a hit.

If you are familiar with a "Sub sandwich" the tray consists of sliced sub bread (sort of a baguette roll) and the fillings are: Tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad, and ham salad. They are two bite sandwiches, so folks can eat as many as they wish. We add chips, cookies, fruit and raw veggies along with drinks.

The platters serve 10-35 people.

How abt a  precooked chicken that you cut up & shred  that can be served warm  with mini sofa taco shell . If you have an airfryer so they can toast it  to warm up the taco & melt the cheese .

Get a chicken from Costco. Shred it with bbq sauce and keep it in a crockpot. Serve with buns and a salad, fruit. Ice cream for desert.

Order pizza, Stromboli and salad and have it delivered. Just provide the drinks.
