Easy Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

[ Edited ]

Easy Blueberry Cobbler

Put 3-4 cups blueberries in a 9 by 9 pan or 8 by 8 pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 c sugar and 1/4 c flour. In a bowl mix 1 c Bisquick, 1/2 c sugar, 1 egg. Add a little water to make a batter. Add a dash of cinnamon,20180727_165409.jpg if you like. Spread over the berries. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

TY! Yes, very easy! I'm sure peaches, or other fruit works in this cobbler, too!

I mixed the Bisquick, egg and sugar. Maybe add 1/4 c or so to make a batter you can spread over the berries. You don't want a pour batter, too much water. I just eyeball it.

@twinkiesWhen you have frozen fruit and you put warm batter with them, they clump together.

Re: Easy Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

I pick the berries from my yard, bring them in the house, put them in a plastic gallon jug and freeze them. I rinse off the berries before using them, I don't thaw them out. Been doing it this way for ever. 😊❤😊
