Crunchy Coated Peanuts
2 cups raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Put all of the ingredients in a pot and cook until the water has evaporated and the peanuts are coated. Quickly put on an UNGREASED sheet pan and bake at 350* for 15 minutes. Take out and let cool completely. Make only one batch at a time. I'd use a silpat mat or foil lined pan to bake these on for easy cleanup.
