Glazed Pecans

1 egg white

1T water

1 c sugar

3/4 t salt

1/2 t cinnamon

4 c pecan halves

In a bowl mix the egg white and water until fluffy. In another bowl mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon. Toss the pecans in the egg white mixture until coated. Next put the pecans in the sugar mixture, coating well. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 250*. Stir every 15 minutes. Smiley Happy Let cool completely before eating.
