Sounds really good, but I think I will put more than 2 cups chicken in for that amount of spaghetti.

Yes, Lannie, I think I had closer to 3 cups in my crockpot. I just kind of guessed at it.

Re: Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

I made this tonight, and it is truly delicious. I did not have Velvetta, so I used a jar of white queso cheese. Thank you very much for sharing this. My family loved it. I served mine with toasted garlic bread.

What chicken did you use? Rotisserie from grocery store, boiled at home, what?

This sounds delicious! One question, does the spaghetti get over cooked? I'm picky about the texture. Thanks in advance.

wow this recipe has a ton of sodium! I would have to figure out how to cut most of it in order to make it for my family; it sounds really good!

Use low-sodium cream soup and don't use the salt. I'm not sure if you can find low-sodium Velveeta but I think that would be your only sodium source if you make the above changes

Thanks, MagnoliaMS! I have to watch carbs, so I usually try and put less carbs and more protein in than the recipe calls for.

To answer one of the questions about the spaghetti being over cooked - I always under cook a little if it is going to be in a casserole and rinse with cold water before putting it in.

I used the rotisserie chicken, Mindy D, and it did great! I did use the whole chicken.
